Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $545,000 to $545,001 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologists to join our Enterprise Anesthesiology Community Physicians Practice. This practice provides high-quality anesthesia care across Mass General Brigham's community hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers in Massachusetts. We are committed to excellence in patient care, professional development, and innovation in perioperative medicine.
Position Overview:
We are recruiting general anesthesiologists to provide care across a diverse range of surgical procedures in a community hospital and ambulatory setting. This position offers the opportunity to practice within a collaborative, team-based model that integrates with the expertise and resources of Mass General Brigham's academic and community sites.
