QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Formal training in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

3. Minimum three (3) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment.

4. Demonstrated experience in operation of computer based building management systems preferred.

5. Experience in boiler maintenance, boiler repair and boiler cleaning.

6. Experience in general building maintenance.

7. Able to respond to emergency situations during non-work hours.

8. Must hold a Black Seal Boiler License, or agree to obtain such in a timely fashion.

9. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
