Salary: $63,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Accountant:

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable transactions from invoice receipt through payment
• Route invoices and payment requests for appropriate approvals
• Assist with payment processing for approximately 125-200 payments per week
• Manage and monitor the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Accountant:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with full-cycle AP processing
• Ability to manage high-volume invoice and payment activity
• Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and Workplace is a plus
