About the Opportunity

CFS is partnering with a growing company in Pittsburgh to hire an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role will primarily focus on high-volume accounts payable processing, with additional responsibility for supporting accounts receivable functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• 
  
• The AP/AR Specialist will enter, code, and maintain invoices in QuickBooks Online
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• 
  
• Manage electronic invoice documentation and maintain accurate AP records
• 
  
• The AP/AR Specialist will assist with job costing and expense tracking
• 
  
• The AP/AR Specialist will support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking
• 
  

Qualifications of the AP/AR Specialist Role

• 
  
• 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
• 
  
• Experience managing large transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment
• 
  
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• 
  
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and contribute quickly with minimal training
• 
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
