ABOUT THE COMPANY:
CFS Dayton is partnering with one of Dayton's premier higher education institutions to fulfill an immediate opening for an AP Clerk within their dynamic accounting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AP Clerk:

Perform daily reconciliations of travel and business card documentation to ensure accuracy, promptly identifying discrepancies or issues.
The AP Clerk will enter invoices into financial statements with meticulous attention to detail.
Analyze disbursement data and financial records to ensure proper allocation of funds.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly and effectively to maintain financial integrity.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR AP Clerk:

Customer service experience with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively.
The AP Clerk must have knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and principles.
Proficiency in reconciliation techniques to maintain accurate financial records.
The AP Clerk must have basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and simple data analysis tasks.
