ABOUT THE COMPANY:
CFS Dayton is partnering with one of Dayton's premier higher education institutions to fulfill an immediate opening for an AP Clerk within their dynamic accounting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AP Clerk:

• 
  
• Perform daily reconciliations of travel and business card documentation to ensure accuracy, promptly identifying discrepancies or issues.
• 
  
• The AP Clerk will enter invoices into financial statements with meticulous attention to detail.
• 
  
• Analyze disbursement data and financial records to ensure proper allocation of funds.
• 
  
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly and effectively to maintain financial integrity.
• 
  

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR AP Clerk:

• 
  
• Customer service experience with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively.
• 
  
• The AP Clerk must have knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and principles.
• 
  
• Proficiency in reconciliation techniques to maintain accurate financial records.
• 
  
• The AP Clerk must have basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and simple data analysis tasks.
