Position: AP & Payroll Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Assignment Type: Direct-hire

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 / Annually DOE

AP & Payroll Manager Job in Oklahoma City, OK  

You would be joining an exciting industry and growing company where your AP and Payroll skills will be greatly utilized!  

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and oversee multi-state payroll 
• End to end AP
• Timely and Accurate processing 
• Reconcile payroll 
• Oversee full-cycle AP
• Monthly and year-end tax forms 
• Reconcile and post payroll entries into ADP
• Ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full cycle payroll and ap
• 2+ years of management experience
• ADP and Excel experience 
• Payroll certifications preferred 
• Knowledge of payroll and tax laws
