Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment processing.
• Review invoices, coordinate approvals, and enter vouchers into the accounting system.
• Process ACH payments and online vendor payments.
• Monitor the AP inbox and ensure invoices move through the approval process efficiently.
• Follow up on pending approvals to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Support contract administration by maintaining vendor agreements and related documentation.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Deltek Costpoint experience is a strong plus
• Experience working within an ERP/accounting system.
• Understanding of chart of accounts and general accounting concepts.
• Experience processing electronic payments and working with online vendor portals.
• Basic Excel skills, including formulas and spreadsheet management.
