Responsibilities of the AP Specialist

The AP Specialist will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships and setup of new vendors
Matching, coding, and vouchering invoices
The AP Specialist will cut checks weekly
Reconcile all checking, money market, and credit card accounts
Interface directly with customers on overdue invoices and work to resolve any payment issues

Preferred Qualifications of the AP Specialist

AP experience in a high volume environment
Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent experience
The AP Specialist must have basic Excel skills

Salary is $50,000-60,000
