Compensation: $50k Base Salary + Great Comprehensive Health Benefits (annual deductible paid for by the company) + 401(k) with 3% Match

• Recent AP experience within a manufacturing environment (within the past 2 years)
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• At least 1 year of Manufacturing AP experience
• Strong 3-way matching
• ERP experience

Job Details

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accounting operations within its growing manufacturing business. This role will focus on invoice processing, 3-way matching, vendor payments, and month-end close while working closely with a collaborative accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
· Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
· Maintain accurate AP records within the ERP system
· Support month-end close and general ledger activities
· Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams
· Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Requirements:

• Recent AP experience within a manufacturing environment (within the past 2 years)
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• At least 1 year of Manufacturing AP experience
• Strong 3-way matching
• ERP experience
