AP Specialist

Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with experience in AIA Billing and Construction accounting.

Duties include;

• process vendor checks/sub contractor checks weekly
• process lien waivers
• communicate directly with vendors
• handle full-cycle AP processing
• software experience required; Sage 300, TimberScan, Procore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
