What you’ll own

• End-to-end maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Prompt, professional responses to resident service requests with timely completion.
• Routine property inspections to catch issues early and keep the community in top shape.
• Detailed recordkeeping of repairs performed and parts/materials used.
• Make-ready tasks for vacant units, including painting and cleaning for new move-ins.
• Coordination with management to schedule work and prioritize improvements.
• Consistent compliance with safety practices, codes, and policies.
• Resident-focused service that fosters a positive living environment.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred but not required.
• Previous apartment or facilities maintenance experience.
• Solid foundation in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and quality repair execution.
• Excellent communication; able to work independently and collaborate as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Willing to assist with emergency maintenance when called upon.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
