What You'll Do

Apartment & Property Maintenance

• Perform minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, and other building components.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, cleaning, fixture replacement, and general repairs.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance needs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report safety hazards and repair concerns.
• Assist with snow removal, ice control, lawn care, landscaping, and other seasonal property needs.
• Move furniture, deliver supplies, and assist with facility projects and setup.

Cleaning & Janitorial

• Clean and sanitize offices, hallways, common areas, restrooms, laundry facilities, and other shared spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized.
• Make sure vacant apartments are thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready.
