TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a high-priority opportunity in Lakewood, OH. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who can troubleshoot common apartment maintenance issues and complete repairs and unit turnovers efficiently.

Job Duties
Perform general apartment maintenance and troubleshooting
Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Troubleshoot and repair common appliance issues
Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Complete apartment suite turnovers and prepare units for occupancy
Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
Requirements
Previous apartment, residential, or property maintenance experience
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC
Must have own hand tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance issues
