BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a growing apartment community in St. Peters, MO 63376. Position Details

• Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
• Location: St. Peters, MO 63376
• Pay Rate: $22 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Opportunity Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently and professionally

• Perform general maintenance repairs, including:

• Basic plumbing repairs

• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs

• Appliance diagnostics and maintenance

• Carpentry, drywall repair, and general upkeep

• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests with exceptional customer service

• Ensure all repairs are completed safely and meet quality standards

• Help maintain the appearance and functionality of a newer community environment

Required Qualifications

• Previous Apartment Maintenance Experience Required
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and carpentry
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
