On-Site Apartment Property Manager — 4 Openings

Locations: Cuyahoga Falls, Tallmadge, Willoughby, and Northfield, OH
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year, plus a two-bedroom apartment
Schedule: First shift, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with on-call responsibilities

We are seeking four dependable, hands-on Apartment Property Managers—one for each location. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience and basic handyman skills who enjoys helping residents and keeping a property running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations and respond to resident needs.

• Perform basic repairs, routine maintenance, and apartment preparation for new residents.

• Maintain clean, well-kept buildings, grounds, and common areas.

• Handle snow removal and other seasonal property upkeep.

• Coordinate maintenance needs and report issues promptly.

• Respond to urgent resident and maintenance concerns while on call.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of relevant property management experience.

• Basic handyman and general maintenance skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

• Ability to perform physical duties, including snow removal, lifting, bending, and working outdoors.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Dependability and availability for on-call responsibilities.
