      Apartment Maintenance Technician Needed - Paid Training Provided!

      Tribute Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community Riverstone at Long Shoals in Arden, NC, which includes an established property with a lease-up addition.       Property Specifics:
      Location: Arden, NC
      Property Type: Garden Style & Mid Rise Lease Up 
      Stage: Stabilized and a Lease Up Addition!
      Unit Count: 352 & 118

      Your Role:
      • Keep the Community Running Smoothly: Perform daily maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep
      • Diagnose and Repair Issues: Tackle maintenance requests efficiently and ensure apartments and common areas remain in excellent condition.
      • Prepare Apartment Homes for Move-In: Complete apartment turns that create a clean, welcoming home for new residents.
      • Protect the Community's Assets: Conduct preventative maintenance to help maintain a safe, attractive, and well-functioning property.

      Skills and Qualifications: 
      • Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. 
      • Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease. 
      • Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus. If you don't have an EPA, we'll provide the training to get certified within 90 days!
      • Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday. On-call duty rotation required.  
      • Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

      Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $24 to $26 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
