Description

* Assist with management of a $50M luxury residential construction project

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders

* Track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

* Support field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

* Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

* 2-5+ years of construction experience in a project engineering or APM capacity

* Exposure to high-end residential, luxury, or custom home construction preferred

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office

$90,000-$130,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
