• Project Management: Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.

• Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Documentation: Prepare, track, and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and closeout packages.

• Schedule Management: Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues affecting schedule, cost, quality, or safety.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with site safety programs, quality standards, and company procedures.

• Quality Control: Assist in managing punch lists, turnover documentation, and project closeout activities.

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager within commercial construction.

• Experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, institutional, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of construction project management principles, documentation, scheduling, and cost control.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
