APM/PM - Concrete & Underground Utilities

The Self-Perform APM or PM will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the management of self-perform concrete and utility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Supporting project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration activities.
• Coordinating field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitoring project schedules and proactively identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Tracking procurement activities and helping ensure materials and equipment arrive on schedule.
• Maintaining project documentation and communicating project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Building strong relationships with owners, design teams, trade partners, and field personnel.
• Assisting in the successful delivery of large-scale data center, mission-critical, and infrastructure projects.

A successful Self-Perform APM or PM should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project engineering, assistant project management, or project management experience.
• Experience supporting self-perform concrete, civil, sitework, utilities, or heavy construction projects.
• Understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration processes.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willingness to work on-site and support active construction operations.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial project experience is highly valued.
