Description
Hematology-Oncology Advanced Practice Provider
Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC), a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for our Cancer Center in Bennington, VT. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in a hematology-oncology setting.

Supportive administration, quality care and a focus on provider and patient satisfaction
Salary range $129,000 - $140,000
Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Eligible for RN licensure in the State of VT and MA (APRN only)
Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of VT
Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
BLS certification
