Provide NICU coverage with PACNP training required
Work shift times of 4PM-8AM on weekdays and 2PM-8AM on weekends
Must work at both facility locations as required
Handle 4-6 patient encounters per shift in a 15-bed department
DEA Certificate and Board Certification required
NPR certification must be through ARC or AHA
Provider must be contracted with agency prior to bidding
Credentialing and enrollment required prior to start date
CAQH Questionnaire completion mandatory
Estimated credentialing timeframe is 120 days
Provider must reside 90+ miles from facility
