Apparel Decoration Supporter / Garment Decoration Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Apparel Decoration Supporter to assist in the production and finishing of decorated garments. This role supports processes such as heat transfers, embroidery, and quality control to ensure finished apparel meets brand and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with garment decoration processes (heat press, embroidery)
• Prepare garments for production (sorting, tagging, staging)
• Load/unload printing machines and heat press equipment
• Monitor production quality
• Inspect finished items for defects and consistency
• Fold, package, and label completed apparel
• Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
• Follow safety procedures and production timelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Willingness to learn machinery and production techniques
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with heat press equipment and vinyl application
• Basic understanding of garment materials and printing techniques
• Production or warehouse experience

Work Environment

• Production floor or workshop setting
• May involve noise and heat from machines
