Apples Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

As part of the WorldWide AppleCare Business Development team, you will develop commercial strategies, incentive programs, and other resources to support our global Sales organization in enabling attach at scale. This nimble, highly-visible team works closely with finance, operations, legal, and other organizations, as well as directly with Apples reseller partners around the world. In this role, you will be the strategic and analytical lead on a worldwide team that designs and negotiates AppleCare commercial programs tailored to carrier, retail, and insurance partners globally. No two partners operate the same way - and the programs we build reflect that. Success in this role requires resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Sales.Design, structure, and negotiate AppleCare commercial programs with carrier, retail, and insurance partners globally Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, developing business cases to support their pursuit Build and own financial models to size opportunities, forecast program impact, and inform commercial terms Develop creative, partner-specific program constructs that align partner and Apple objectives - adapting or inventing new approaches when existing templates dont fit Prepare and deliver executive-ready proposals and recommendations to senior leadership Partner closely with regional Business Development teams to tailor global strategies to local market needs Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Sales to structure, approve, and launch new programs Track and analyze program performance post-launch, identifying opportunities for optimization and scale7+ years experience in Corporate Finance, management/strategy consulting, or related field within a fast-paced, matrixed environment Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience developing robust financial models Advanced proficiency in Keynote and experience developing and presenting strategic concepts to senior leadership in a large-scale corporate environment Strong quantitative and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable recommendations Proven track record of managing complex, data-driven projects with multiple stakeholders in ambiguous environments Experience in deal structuring, commercial negotiations, or partnership development Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Understanding of or willingness to learn the AppleCare, device protection, and service businessesMS/MBA preferred Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
