About the Role: Novak & Parker Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Appliance Installer to join our growing team in Mount Prospect, IL. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in customers' homes every day — delivering and installing appliances with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities:
Deliver, install, and connect household and commercial appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ranges
Read and follow manufacturer installation instructions and safety guidelines
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and gas line connections as required for appliance installation
Inspect appliances before and after installation to ensure proper operation
Remove and haul away old appliances as needed
Communicate clearly with customers regarding installation process and product usage
Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
Requirements:
Prior experience in appliance installation, delivery, or a related trade field preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or gas connections is a plus
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances (50–100+ lbs) safely
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
