Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, install new appliances, and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. This position is open to appliance repair technicians, or those experienced in both appliance repair and HVAC (preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client requests for appliance service
  • Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems
  • Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
  • Repair appliances (washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.)
  • Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
  • Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
  • Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Clearly communicate findings, needed repairs, and next steps.
  • Take basic photos and notes for each job.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with tenants and property managers.
Qualifications 
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • 2+ years of previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have basic tools.
