Responsibilities:

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical issues for residential customers.
• Install and replace electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., appliance compartments, utility rooms, attics, or basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending to access appliance components.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor repairs.
• Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment, including delicate appliance parts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of appliance repair experience.
• Refrigeration repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
