Analyze, design, document, and implement new applications, in accordance with company needs and policies. Coordinate application enhancements for existing systems. Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 support for assigned applications (e.g., CRM, WMS, eCommerce, HRIS, BI tools) Perform configuration changes, minor enhancements, and defect remediation across applications Troubleshoot and document incidents, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions through the lifetime of the incident. Work with cross functional teams to build and maintain process-flow documentation. Administer and configure NetSuite, i.e. roles/permissions, custom fields, forms, saved searches, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards. Participate in projects as team member or leader, as required. Provide technical advice on risk analysis and change control issues. Provide elevated support to our customers and teams by working diligently to complete work in a timely manner. Other duties as required to support department operations. |
