Introduction

This is a critical trader-facing role supporting the Front Office Global Markets business. The role requires a motivated and flexible individual to work in close collaboration with Application Developers, peer Support Leads, Application Managers, Offshore teams, and Infrastructure Support. This high-profile position demands an individual with both business and technical acumen, the ability to quickly assimilate information, and a strong focus on Incident and Problem Management. Adaptability to a changing trading environment is crucial.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience providing direct support to front office trading desks
• Business knowledge of Fixed Income (Rates, Credit, FX, or Commodities) or Equity products
• Understanding of market data flows
• Experience with Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITRS Geneos
• Proficiency in Unix, Strong SQL skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Python
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience with Grid Computing
• Familiarity with Quartz (former Client)
• Mathematics, Science, or Technology degree
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
