Application Consultant - Hartford, CT - Contract - $36-46 per HR
Description
We are looking for an experienced Application Consultant to work onsite in Hartford, CT, on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting applications for insurance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong development expertise, hands-on experience with application configuration, integration development, and a solid understanding of insurance claims processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain application components using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using various APIs and messaging protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing application support.
Qualifications
- Experience in configuring and developing applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages and page configuration formats.
- Understanding of data model extensions and web services.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with version control tools and CI/CD processes.
