Application Development - New York, NY - Contract - $49-59 Per HR
Join our team to develop a cutting-edge risk application for a global institutional equity division. This hybrid role involves working on a dynamic platform with real-time and historical risk and P&L data, facilitating interaction with trading tools. The position requires expertise in modern frontend technologies and a focus on scalability and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a highly configurable user interface for a data-intensive platform.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align product development with business needs.
- Manage the deployment and build frameworks for seamless integration and updates.
- Coach and mentor team members on best practices in frontend development.
- Ensure the platform remains technically updated and modern.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with frontend solutions like Angular or React.
- Strong experience in managing user interfaces for data-intensive platforms.
- Expertise in object-oriented design, design patterns, and application integration.
- Experience with automated test frameworks and test-driven development.
- Ability to manage large codebases and coordinate across teams.
