    A global leader in advanced materials is seeking a Senior Application Engineering Manager to lead innovation for high-visibility projects within the consumer electronics sector.     • Direction and development of a technical team focused on next-generation adhesives solutions for top-tier electronics customers.

    • Workflow prioritization, project coordination, technical reporting, and lab performance optimization.

    What Makes You a Strong Match

    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.
    • 10+ years working with adhesives, films, or tape technologies used in consumer electronics.
    • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of engineers or scientists.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with agile processes and complex project execution.
    • Knowledge of FEA, flow modeling, CAD tools, and lab automation technologies.

    Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
