We're looking for an Application - Inside Sales Engineer who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their engineering or industrial career who wants hands-on exposure to pumps, motors, equipment systems, quotations, and project execution.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to develop equipment quotations and help move projects from initial requirements through successful completion.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Generate quotations for pumps, motors, parts, spares, and equipment systems based on customer requirements.
• Review customer drawings and specifications and help plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute assigned projects.
• Communicate with new prospects and existing customers to understand their applications and technical needs.
• Take ownership of assigned work and help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate technical and project information across internal departments, customers, and suppliers while minimizing rework.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and long-term customer loyalty.
• Develop productive relationships with suppliers.
• Assist with project startups and customer visits, including occasional travel when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline preferred, but not required.
• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably within an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, bring forward new ideas, and develop proactive solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of goals and objectives.
• Inside sales experience is a plus.
• CAD or SolidWorks drafting/design experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to complete provided training.
