Job TitleTechnical Representative for OEM and Enterprise CustomersJob DescriptionAct as the technical, customer-facing representative for OEM and enterprise customers. Support new applications and product use cases for custom-manufactured metal components. Travel regularly to customer sites across Toronto, Scarborough, and Grand Prairie, including data centre locations. Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into viable manufacturing solutions. Support new business development through technical credibility and relationship building. Experience working with metal components, custom manufacturing, or engineered products. Strong customer-facing experience, ideally supporting OEM accounts. Comfort travelling regularly and working onsite with customers. Exposure to data centre infrastructure or hyperscale customers (highly advantageous).
