Application Specialist I

Core Duties

• Install XPEL products(one or more)onentry level jobsasdefineddifficulty rating/management. 
• Work with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.
• Ensure all installations are completed to XPEL’s quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish.
• Follow all XPEL safety guidelines andparticipatein ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with XPEL team membersto ensureefficiencyismaintained.
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GEDequivalent or local equivalent desired
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• 6 monthsinapplication ofautomotiveprotective products(XPELPreferred).
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communicationskills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and perform detailed tasks.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy

DesiredQualifications

• Certifications in one or more services (e.g.,tintingand ceramic coatings) from recognized providers such as XPEL or 3M is preferred
