Job Description
Rate is $65 to $70 per hour
- Provide day-to-day application support for financial systems, resolving user issues, system errors, and production incidents.
- Monitor application performance, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and data feeds to identify and address issues before they impact business operations.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues using SQL queries, logs, and monitoring tools to identify root causes and support timely resolution.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business requirements and resolve application-related problems.
- Support financial processes including transaction processing, reporting, reconciliations, payments, and data integrations.
- Assist with application releases, upgrades, testing, and production deployments, including validation and post-release support.
- Maintain support documentation, incident records, and troubleshooting procedures while participating in continuous process and application improvements.
