Deliver hands-on operator training to the customer's team
Own the post-launch support window, monitoring performance and resolving early issues
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during launch, solving problems that improve the customer's experience and usage of the system
Document and escalate gaps in spec, configuration, or training, and feed lessons learned back into assessment, configuration, and training materials
Report site status, risks, and outcomes to the Launch Planner throughout the engagement
