The Role
We’re hiring an exceptionally driven Applied AI/Bio Scientist to help push the boundaries of what’s possible in therapeutic design. You'll work across the full discovery stack — using state-of-the-art AI to tackle real therapeutic challenges and design drug candidates that were previously out of reach. This is an in-person role in Cambridge, MA. You will:
Apply and adapt frontier AI models to design biologics that push the limits on format, precision, and function.
Partner closely with internal and external scientists and engineers to advance molecules toward their Target Product Profiles.
Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams to improve core models and infrastructure for future discovery.
Leverage modern AI dev tooling to move fast and stay focused on high-value work
Qualifications
4+ years of experience developing or applying AI in biology, chemistry, or physics; therapeutic experience is a plus.
Experience collaborating with wet-lab teams or direct experience with biological experiments.
Strong fluency in Python.
Familiarity with HPC environments (e.g., Kubernetes, SLURM).
Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
High agency and a track record of shipping quickly with quality
