Gutters by Berger Home Services is hiring a Lead Scheduler who can move fast, stay sharp, and help turn incoming leads into booked appointments.


This is not a sit-back-and-coast position. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, responds quickly, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep opportunities from slipping through the cracks. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:


  • Responding to inbound leads quickly by phone, text, and email

  • Scheduling free estimate appointments efficiently and accurately

  • Following up with unbooked leads to maximize conversion

  • Keeping customer records and scheduling notes clean and updated

  • Working closely with our team to keep the calendar full and running smoothly

  • Helping create a professional, responsive customer experience from first contact to appointment set

What We Need:


  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

  • Excellent organization and follow-through

  • Ability to multitask without letting details fall apart

  • A sense of urgency and a strong work ethic

  • Reliability, consistency, and professionalism

  • Coachability and the ability to perform under pressure

  • Previous scheduling, inside sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus
