Customer service & appointment scheduler

The duties include but are not limited to contacting customers who have had declined services, are due service on their vehicles. Inbound calls to schedule services for vehicles. This position you will need to have general automotive knowledge & computer experience. This is a full-time position. Position requires working weekends.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay + commission based on appointment shown rate

Responsibilities:

- Maintain confidentiality of all dealership records
- Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner, while scheduling service appointments.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a call center or scheduling.
- Proficient in using computer software including excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a drug test & background check
