Being the first point of contact, you have to make a good first impression with your exceptional help with daily operations coordination and service. Main obligations:
When you schedule meetings, make sure the client, patient, or internal team member's calendar lines up with yours.
Verify appointments by phoning, emailing, or messaging to help to prevent errors and disputes.
Maintaining and updating appointment calendars helps you to ensure no double bookings or errors.
When necessary, offer substitutes; answer promptly to inquiries about rescheduling, cancellements, or scheduling.
Coordinating with other teams or departments guarantees that appointments are well-prepared and that resources are at hand.
As soon as any modifications, delays, or cancellements affect clients or team members's appointments, let them know.
Dealing with sensitive or private information, act quietly and professionally.
Part of the administrative process, file, enter data, and keep records as needed.
Appropriate Skills:
Minimum requirements: completion of high school; preferable degree is associate's.
It is quite desired to have pertinent work experience in customer service, administrative support, or scheduling.
