Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

American Income Life is an international organization serving working families across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand, as well as New York through its wholly owned subsidiary, National Income Life Insurance Company.

We work with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. Our representatives build long-term relationships with clients and provide personalized service through virtual, work-from-home appointments.

Responsibilities

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assist with determining eligibility.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
• Handle incoming client and customer service inquiries.
• Respond promptly to client calls and follow-up requests.
• Assist clients with coverage requests while keeping their individual needs and interests in mind.
• Use our Needs Analysis system to identify client needs and explain available coverage options.
• Maintain accurate client information and enrollment documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training with management to stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures.
