Appraiser/Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Appraiser/Auditor to join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is on-site in St. Louis, MO. What You'll Do:
- Serves and the Servicing Office SFH-G Appraiser liaison for staff and lending partners.
- Review and research mortgage loan files for accuracy and quality control.
- Reviews origination, REO and liquidation appraisals for quality and accuracy.
- Makes recommendations for loss claim payment.
- Provides technical expertise for loss mitigation and loss claim appraisal review support.
- Appraisal process support including writing procedures, policy review, process flow charts etc.
- Audit loss claims files.
- Works with lender partners on appraisal questions and issues related to loss claim payments.
- Content Management, Workflow and Imaging.
- Research, analyze and recommend software solutions for business process improvements.
- Research, analyze and recommend automated solutions for capturing performance metrics.
- Research, analyze and update procedures and user instruction guides.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
- Ability to secure a DOD security clearance, must not have been unfavorably removed from a government position.
