Tomball Dodge is looking for motivated Apprentice Automotive Technicians who are eager to learn, work alongside experienced Master Technicians, and advance their careers in a high-volume, state-of-the-art service department.

COMPENSATION

$25.00 $34.00 per hour

Approximately $52,000 $71,000+ annually

Based on experience, productivity, certifications, overtime opportunities, and performance incentives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

• Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs

• Complete brake, suspension, steering, electrical, and maintenance repairs

• Learn advanced diagnostic procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 3 years of automotive repair experience

• Dealership experience is a plus

• Basic diagnostic and mechanical repair skills

• Own a basic set of technician tools

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Desire to continue learning and advancing your career
