Eck Services is growing in Salina, and we’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team!

If you enjoy working in the electrical trade, have a solid foundation of hands-on experience, communicate well, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
• Help install electrical panels, circuits, wiring, lighting, outlets, and switches.
• Assist with whole-home rewiring projects and electrical upgrades.
• Learn to identify electrical hazards and follow established safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and company vehicles.
• Participate in technical training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Follow company procedures while building your knowledge, skills, and confidence in the electrical trade.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of on-the-job electrical experience.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop your electrical skills.
• A self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and safety.
• Pride in your work and a desire to grow with a successful company.
