What You'll Do
Support Journeymen and Masters on commercial electrical installations.
Learn tools, materials, methods, and NEC on real jobs — not just in a classroom.
Bend conduit, pull cable, terminate, and troubleshoot under supervision.
Keep the jobsite safe, clean, and organized.
Advance toward Journeyman with a clear scoreboard for every year of the apprenticeship.
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in or eligible for a state-registered electrical apprenticeship program.
Reliable, coachable, and safety-conscious.
Willing to learn NEC, tools, and jobsite conduct.
Ability to be on jobsite on time, every day.
Preferred Experience
Any prior commercial construction experience.
Basic hand-tool proficiency.
OSHA 10.
Compensation
$21–$32/hr DOE by apprenticeship year. Top-of-market pay for the best trainees in Texas.
