- Learn Under Guidance: Collaborate closely with experienced mechanics to master repair techniques and understand automotive systems, adhering to the checklists and guidelines set forth by the company.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Generally, a high school diploma or GED is required. Completing a certificate or diploma in auto mechanics is beneficial.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is essential, with a preference for familiarity with both manual and automatic transmission systems.
- Mechanical Aptitude: A solid grasp of mechanical principles and the capability to work manually is crucial.
