Plumbing Apprentice / Service Technician (Residential)

We are hiring a Plumbing Apprentice / Service Technician with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing residential service team.
This is a hands-on training role where you will work directly with a Journeyman Plumber while earning strong pay, bonuses, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with residential plumbing service & repairs
- Drain cleaning, water heaters, pumps, faucets, rough-ins
- Learn to handle service calls from basic to complex
- Maintain a clean, professional work vehicle
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)
- 2 Saturdays/month + 1 Sunday/month
- No on-call or night shifts
Requirements:
- Maryland Apprentice License (Required)
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
- Good communication & customer skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated
Pay & Benefits:
- $27–$35/hour (based on experience)
- Guaranteed 40 hours + overtime
- 10% bonus on sales over $30K/month
- High performers earn $100K+ annually
