Apriso Developer - Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations (Bethesda, MD)
About the Role
Join Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) team as an Apriso Developer and play a critical role in advancing digital manufacturing across the enterprise. As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll architect, build, and optimize DELMIA Apriso solutions in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. This position offers exposure to large-scale, high-impact projects with opportunities to mentor others and shape best practices in a Fortune 100 aerospace leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, customization, and implementation of DELMIA Apriso solutions to address specific business needs
- Configure workflows, forms, and reports to optimize manufacturing processes
- Integrate Apriso with ERP, CRM, and supply chain management systems
- Test, troubleshoot, and debug Apriso applications for reliability and accuracy
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and skill development
- Identify process improvements and help establish best practices for MES development
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) with 9+ years of professional experience; or 7+ years with a related Master's
- Minimum 4 years hands-on DELMIA Apriso development (design, deploy, support)
- Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python for solution development
- Solid understanding of database management (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing MES solutions in large, multi-site manufacturing settings
- Aerospace & Defense industry exposure
- Dassault Systèmes Apriso Associate Certification
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, PLM systems integration
- Skills in database architecture, stored procedures, and advanced SQL
- Experience with APIs, HTTP, web services
- Working knowledge of AWS tools, Ansible Tower, and GitLab
