Job Description

We are seeking an Apriso Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apriso MES operations, production support, and incident resolution and a proven ability to sustain stable MES performance, support manufacturing users, and execute maintenance and deployment activities with minimal impact to operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Apriso MES system health and performance across production environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve application issues in partnership with IT, operations, and engineering teams.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and execute routine maintenance tasks.
• Manage configuration changes, validate system updates, and support deployments.
• Ensure timely escalation and communication for high-priority or complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of MES stability, reliability, and support processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Apriso MES operations, configuration, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incident triage and root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and engineering stakeholders and communicate status clearly.
• Experience validating updates, executing maintenance, and supporting deployments in production environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Background with manufacturing processes and MES best practices.
• Experience in change management, incident management, and release management frameworks.
