Job Description

We are seeking an Apriso Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apriso MES administration, production support, and incident/problem management and a proven ability to maintain stable manufacturing operations, resolve issues promptly, and execute planned maintenance and deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Apriso MES system health and performance across production environments.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and application issues with timely escalation.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to end users, operations, and engineering teams.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks, health checks, and job monitoring.
• Manage configuration changes and validations in alignment with change control processes.
• Support deployments, patches, and upgrades with minimal impact to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Apriso MES administration and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incident and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with change management, deployments, and configuration control in regulated or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional operations and engineering teams and communicate clear status updates.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production with on-call or after-hours maintenance as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and MES integrations with ERP, PLCs, or historians.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, service management tools, and Agile delivery.
